With the 21 Day Challenge program we have seen significant weight loss recorded across the board. When we track the results we’ve noticed that not only have our clients met their initial weight goals, they also report improvements in body composition and measurements. Depending on the individual, we have seen participants with chronic muscle cramping decrease to occasional random episodes of cramping or none at all. Those with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) have reported fewer flare ups or no more issues. The majority of our clients who were dealing with various levels of edema have all seen relief of the swelling which has helped with their ability to move and exercise.
